Introduction
T2Z Care Services was established in 2019 and since then we have supported many individuals, from living in care support to pailliative care, domiciliary care and supported living services.
Our services commenced with our first customer just 4 days into the first lockdown of 2020, immediately we knew we had to support with the demand and the pressures that Covid-19 had inflicted upon health and social care.
We partnered with a local domiciliary care provider in support of Gloucestershire County Council's 'Winter Capacity Alliance' and branched out to support in Gloucester and Forest of Dean.
During these first 2 years, we knew it was essential to take a creative and modern approach to providing care and support, with a strong focus on digitalisation and technology.
As of October 2022 we have also been providing supported living services to adults with learning difficulties and disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder and mental health.
As we continue to support vulnerable adults throughout Gloucestershire, we inherit a strong and positive attitude toward continuous investment in improvements to our service delivery and our reputation as a preferred provider of choice.
